The Bar Commission Leadership Academy is a program to develop leaders within the Utah State Bar. Each year a class of 12 lawyers who have been practicing 10 years or less are chosen to participate in the academy. Participants meet with local and national leaders to discuss a broad range of topics intended to enhance the participants’ leadership skills. The training takes place over a two-day training seminar, eight meetings and social activities throughout the year. Participants are mentored in a close-knit setting by highly skilled attorneys and leaders in our community.
